How we handle your data

This is the thinking behind every tool we make. Each product also has its own privacy policy that lists exactly what that product uses.

1. We collect only what the tool needs

If a feature can work without a piece of data, we don't ask for it. When a tool needs access to another service (your calendar, your CRM, your Zoom account), we request the narrowest permission that does the job.

2. Your data stays in your accounts where possible

We prefer designs where the work happens inside your own browser or your own account, so your information never reaches our servers at all. When a tool does need to store something with us, its privacy policy says what and why.

3. We never sell it

We don't sell data, rent it, show ads with it, or use it to market to your customers or contacts. Our tools make money from subscriptions, not from your information.

4. We don't train AI on it

Data from your accounts is used only to run the tool you installed. We don't use it to train AI models.

5. When you leave, it goes

When you uninstall a tool or disconnect an account, we delete the access it gave us right away and delete what we stored on a short, published schedule. You can also ask us to delete your data at any time.

6. Plain language, no surprises

Our policies are written to be read. If we ever change what a tool collects, we update its policy and say so before the change takes effect.
