Privacy Policy

Coding Friend LLC ("we") makes Webinar Sync. This policy explains what data the app uses and why.

What we collect

• Account connections: access tokens that let the app act in your CRM sub-account and your Zoom account, plus the IDs of those accounts and your Zoom sign-in email.
• Registration records: for each contact the app registers, the contact ID, email address, the Zoom event ID, the join link Zoom returns, and whether they attended.
• Activity logs: short records of what the app did and any errors, kept to troubleshoot problems.

How we use it

Only to provide the app: registering contacts in your Zoom events, saving join links to your contacts, and tagging attendance. We do not sell data, show ads, or use your data to market to your contacts.

Who we share it with

Data moves only between your CRM account and your Zoom account, as the app's features require. We use a hosting provider to run our servers. We disclose data if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

While the app is installed. When you uninstall the app or disconnect Zoom, we delete the access tokens right away and delete registration records within 30 days.

Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored on access-restricted servers.

Zoom data

From Zoom, the app reads your Zoom sign-in email, your list of upcoming webinars and meetings, and the participant list of an event after it ends. It creates registrations for your contacts. We use Zoom data only to provide these features. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.

Your rights and how to use them

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, get a copy of it, correct it, have it deleted, and object to or restrict how we use it. You can use any of these rights by emailing support@codingfriendllc.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity, and we respond within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

If you are a contact who registered for an event through a business that uses Webinar Sync, that business decides how your data is used. You can contact them, or email us and we will pass your request on and help them carry it out.
