Never Lose Tabs Terms of Service
Effective October 25, 2026
These terms are between you and Coding Friend LLC, a Maryland limited liability company ("we"), and cover the Never Lose Tabs extension and Never Lose Tabs Pro.
The extension
You may use Never Lose Tabs free for 14 days with every feature. After that, its protective features (automatic saving, crash recovery, backup files, restore, search, import, export and Trash) stay free. Pro features unlock with a one-time purchase.
Pro purchase
Pro is a one-time payment for a personal license key, valid for the lifetime of the product, for your own use on computers you use. There is no subscription. If you are not happy, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
Your responsibility
Never Lose Tabs is built to protect your saved tabs and keeps several copies, but no software can guarantee against every loss. Keep the backup files it creates. The software is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about Never Lose Tabs is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date above will change. Maryland law governs these terms.
