Never Lose Codes Terms of Service
Effective October 25, 2026
These terms are between you and Coding Friend LLC, a Maryland limited liability company ("we"), and cover the Never Lose Codes extension and Never Lose Codes Pro.
The extension
You may use Never Lose Codes free for 14 days with every feature. After that, everything needed to use and keep your codes stays free. Pro features unlock with a one-time purchase.
Your responsibility
Keep your recovery key and your backup files safe. We cannot see, reset or recover your codes, password or recovery key. Many services also give you one-time backup codes when you turn on two-factor login; keep those too. Never Lose Codes keeps several encrypted copies, but no software can guarantee against every loss. The software is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Pro purchase
Pro is a one-time payment for a personal license key, valid for the lifetime of the product. There is no subscription. If you are not happy, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about Never Lose Codes is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for loss of access to any third-party account.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date above will change. Maryland law governs these terms.
