Form Keeper Terms of Service
Effective October 20, 2026
These terms cover your use of Form Keeper, a Google Forms™ add-on made by Coding Friend LLC ("we"). By installing it, you agree to them.
The service
Form Keeper copies your Google Form™'s responses into an archive sheet in your Google Drive™, and clears old responses from the form according to the rule and schedule you choose. It runs inside your Google account, so it depends on Google's services and the limits Google sets on your account and your forms.
How clearing works
Form Keeper deletes responses from your form only when your rule picks them and each one has been found in your archive with the same answers. Anything that doesn't match stays in the form. Google does not offer a way to put deleted responses back into a form with their original times, so your archive sheet is the permanent record. Please keep it, and don't edit or delete its rows if you rely on it.
Free and paid plans
The free plan has no time limit. It includes the health meter, the archive and clearing by hand on every form, and automatic copying and scheduled clearing on one form of your choice. You can change which form is your free one once every 30 days. A paid plan covers every form and renews monthly or yearly until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Form Keeper's "Manage billing" button; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Refunds
If a paid plan doesn't unlock after you pay, we refund you in full. For anything else, email us within 14 days of a charge and we will refund it if the add-on did not work for you.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your forms, the responses people send you, your archive sheet, and for handling that data in line with the laws and policies that apply to you (for example, a school's student-data rules).

Availability
We work to keep the add-on running and to fix problems quickly, but it is provided "as is," without warranties. Google Forms™, Google Sheets™ and Google Drive™ are third-party services that we do not control, and Google may change its limits.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the add-on in the three months before the claim.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. You can stop using the add-on at any time by removing it. Your archive sheet stays in your Google Drive™.
