Calendar Autopilot Terms of Service
Effective October 18, 2026
These terms cover your use of Calendar Autopilot, a Google Sheets™ add-on made by Coding Friend LLC ("we"). By installing it, you agree to them.
The service
Calendar Autopilot connects a Google Sheet™ to Google Calendar™, sends date reminders, and turns form answers into events. Today, Sheet → Calendar and Calendar → Sheet are available; the other features are marked "coming soon" until they are released. It runs inside your Google account, so it depends on Google's services and the limits Google sets on your account.
Free and paid features
Every feature has a free level with no time limit. The free limits and paid prices are listed on our pricing page and in the add-on. Paid plans renew monthly or yearly until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the add-on's "Manage billing" button; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Refunds
If a paid feature doesn't unlock after you pay, we refund you in full. For anything else, email us within 14 days of a charge and we will refund it if the add-on did not work for you.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the data in your sheets and calendars, for having permission to email the people you send reminders to, and for complying with Google's terms and the laws that apply to your messages.
Changes to your calendar
The add-on creates, changes and deletes the calendar events linked to your sheet's rows. It shows a preview before each sync, stops before large deletions, and offers Undo for the last sync, but you should check the preview before you apply changes.

Availability
We work to keep the add-on running and to fix problems quickly, but it is provided "as is," without warranties. Google Sheets™, Google Calendar™, Gmail™ and Google Forms™ are third-party services that we do not control.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the add-on in the three months before the claim.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. You can stop using the add-on at any time by removing it.
