Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Webinar Sync, made by Coding Friend LLC ("we"). By installing the app, you agree to them.

The service

Webinar Sync connects your CRM sub-account to your Zoom account to register contacts, save join links, and tag attendance. You need your own Zoom account with the features your events require.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for having permission to register the people you send to Zoom, and for complying with Zoom's terms and the laws that apply to your messages.

Billing

If the app is offered on a paid plan, the price and billing terms are shown in the marketplace listing. You can cancel by uninstalling the app.

Availability

We work to keep the app running and to fix problems quickly, but it is provided "as is," without warranties. Zoom and your CRM are third-party services that we do not control.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the three months before the claim.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
